YOUZEY Return Policy

At YOUZEY, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.

30-Day Returns — No Questions Asked

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment. 

31–90 Days — Store Credit

Returns requested between 31 and 90 days from delivery are eligible for store credit

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email customerservice@youzey.com with your order number. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Returns received without an RA number may not be processed. 

Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • YOUZEY does not provide prepaid return labels
  • All refunds and store credits are issued minus original shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@youzey.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the damage or defect

Once reviewed and approved, YOUZEY will:

  • Provide return instructions
  • Refund original shipping costs and any return shipping charges (if applicable)
  • Issue a full refund or replacement

Final Policy

Returns received after 90 days from delivery are not eligible for refund or store credit.
